Welcome to me web site,
On the left side you already see who I am. To learn more about what I am doing please take a look at the bottom of this page and use the links above. You will also find some private informations about me. I did my master thesis in Physics, my Ph.D. research is focused on Biofuels and lies in the interface area between Physics, Scientific-Computing and Biochemistry. I'm currently at the research group:
Computational Molecular Biophysics
Interdisciplinary Center for Scientific Computing
University of Heidelberg
If you have any questions or would like more information about my research, please contact me. I am looking forward to your message.
Thank you for stopping by, Emal.
My Interests are:
- Biofuels
(Molecular Modeling and Simulations of the Biophysics and Biochemistry of the Cellulose-Cellulase system)
- Physical and Mathematical Modeling and Computer Simulations
(Stochastic Processes, Brownian Dynamics, Monte Carlo, Molecular Dynamics, Markov State Models)
- High Performance Parallel and Distributed Computing
